Shipping Policy
Processing time is the time it takes for the company to fulfill orders. All items are made in house so processing time is currently 10-14 business days.  Items are shipped based on weight. All orders over $75 ship for free.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are protected by the best fraud system, and can not control the automated analysis taking at time of purchase. All orders’ shipping and billing addresses should match the card information. 

*NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED THE ORDER IS VOIDED AND COMMUNICATION ON THAT ORDER WILL CEASE. 

If there are any changes asked to be made to an order once it has been placed, it will be cancelled.

Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not issue the refund if:
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order has been opened, used or signs of wearing
Because of the nature of the items, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:
  • Custom/Personalized items
  • Perishable product (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Digital downloads
 **Refunds will only be issued if an error was made during the production of your personalized item.**
  *You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
